Stock market remain negative

Stock market remain negative, but maybe a bounce on Monday.

CTRP, RIG

Dow Jones drop below 50 day MA line. And NASDAQ still has a lot of room to fall.
China and Hong Kong stock market will continue to fall.

Market become neutral

Today's stock rebound back to above the 50 day MA support line. And a lot of stocks like AAPL, GOOG, AMZN, FSLR, and etc are reach their new time high.

Downtrend would most likely resume again if it can not break the 20 day MA resistance line.

Market correction has begin

Today's market decline is not a good sign. Market correction is underway. Besides, a lot of stocks have raised too high lately (for example: technology and China stocks)

We should hold cash, wait or short.

NASDAQ and Dow Jones are both break their resistance lines today. Most sectors like home construction, mortgage, financial and energy have formed and recovering from their bottom. Technology sector remain strong (stay above thier support lines.
