Right now, I think the sentiment has changed, I see there are more shorting opportunity than buying. I think it's wise to short when it bounce to resistance line.

I have optionshouse as the broker. It has excellent stock screener. My question is what parameters do you put to find stocks that are about to break out? Thanks.
I think most of them have preset strategy like new high, significant movement, upside or downside momentum. And you can also check out the chart to look for break out pattern from daily price % gainers.
